Mistakes/Goofs

• Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Karofsky's father has found him after the suicide attempt, shaking the victim's head and neck is the worst possible thing you can do after an unsuccessful hanging and would likely result in death or paralysis.
• Goof (crew or equipment visible): During the performance 'What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger)' A camerawoman can be seen behind Santana.
• Goof (audio/visual unsynchronized): When Finn and Rachel are about to get married, he says "Well, Miss Hudson-Berry, everybody is waiting" and extends his arm for her to take. When it flashes to a close up of Rachel, you see Finn'a lips moving, but no audio is coming out.
• Goof (continuity error): During the song 'Here's to Us' we can see one of Rachel's dads stand up to clap along but in the next shot he is sat down and is only just getting ready to stand.

• Regionals judge "Svengools" is played by "Glee" co-creator Ian Brennan.
