  • Episode 18 - Goof (revealing mistake): When Max is riding in the police car after the trial, the framing of the shot is set too low. You can clearly see that the car has no dashboard and the steering wheel is just mounted on a stand.
  • Episode 24 - Goof (audio/visual unsynchronized): The second time Agent Q (formerly known as The Chief) sings 'Alouette' his lips are completely out of sync.
  • Episode 07 - While trying to find Siegfried in the hotel, Max tells 99 about the "Oppenheimer Case"...a nod to writer/director Jess Oppenheimer.
  • Episode 02 - Goof (continuity error): When the Presidente's daughter escapes from prison, she is wearing pale blue stockings. A minute later, after she and Max run away and they stop for breath, she is no longer wearing any stockings.
