Summary: In this special episode loosely based on George Lopez’s real-life battle with kidney disease, Max starts wetting the bed and George laughs it off as childish. But as Max’s symptoms worsen and his grandfather, Vic, suggests that it may mean Max is sexually active, George and Angie take him to the doctor, played by actor Ken Howard -- himself a real-life kidney transplant recipient. He breaks the news that Max needs surgery, but that it will help him avoid kidney disease in the future.
