HBO announced that Game of Thrones has been renewed for a fourth season. The pick-up comes just days after the medieval drama's season 3 premiere, which hit a series high in viewership with an average 4.4 million viewers for its 9 pm airing.There is no word on the number of episodes planned for Season 4 of Game of Thrones but an order of 10 is likely.
