Summary: Hermes, the bureaucrat assigned to the Planet Express, is on the fast track to promotion until he starts to crack under pressure and is sent away in vacation. In his place, Morgan Proctor (Nora Dunn), an attractive woman and orderly bureaucrat arrives and immediately becomes romantically entangled with Fry. When Bender discovers their secret and threatens to tell their co-workers, Morgan panics and disables his memory disk.

CONT: When Morgan Proctor inserts her Bureaucrat rank badge into Hermes' electronic name placard, her name appears on it, in lowercase letters. When an argument occurs later in the episode, the name is in all uppercase letters.
CONT: SPOILER: When Hermes finishes the sort-n-file 2 seconds early and is demoted as a result, his badge starts at 38 and changes to 36 and back to 38. It should have started at 37 and changed directly to 38 (or glitched and changed to 36 then 38).
