The episode title is a takeoff of the Philip K. Dick sci-fi novel "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?" which was the basis for the film Blade Runner.
The running joke of Walter having difficulty remembering Astrid's name is used again. This time he has given her name to a security guard as "Astro". The writers then add a new twist: under the influence of LSD, Walter *does* remember Astrid's name correctly.
