Mistakes/Goofs
- Goof (factual errors): Olivia and Sam play the game of Clue. A standard game of Clue requires a minimum of three players.
- Goof (continuity error): When Olivia shows her notepad to Peter, there is something written in the left margin. In close-up, there is nothing in the left margin.
Trivia
- CAMEO(Diane Kruger): Joshua Jackson's longtime girlfriend, makes an uncredited cameo as Miranda Green.
- The episode's title references the mystery board game "Clue" in which players must determine who had killed Dr. Black, in what room and with what weapon. Clue is the game that Sam brings to Olivia's apartment to play with her in the middle of the night. This reference was also foreshadowed during the previous episode: when two of of the observers go to see the movie Back to the Future, there is also a poster for the movie Clue hanging at the theater.
