Mistakes/Goofs

Goof (continuity error): When Senator Van Horn's and Broyles meet in the park, there is a man on a red bicycle passing by them twice in a eleven seconds. Same direction, left to right.
Goof (continuity error): When the body of the character Randy is shown before and after combustion, his hands (thumbs in particular) have changed position.

Trivia

The "Mystery Molecule" is made up of a heme molecule, which is the part of hemoglobin which contains the iron atom necessary to transport oxygen.
The Observer walks from left to right at the back when Agent Broyles reports the CIA situation to Agent Dunham by cellphone.
