Summary: Following his escape from a German prison, David Robert Jones turns himself in to the FBI, having begun to suffer side effects of the teleportation in "Safe". Walter mentions that the teleportation side effects won't kill Jones but will do something terrible to him. As insurance, Jones has developed a toxin which causes the orifices of those exposed to it to seal up, suffocating them. A bomb containing the toxin is set to go off if Olivia cannot pass his tests.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

FACT: Olivia says that Jones was transfered to "Boston General." There is no such hospital in Boston. The major hospitals in the city are Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women's, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, New England Medical Center, and Boston Medical Center.
FAKE: Besides the fact that the German guards speak the language extremely poor, some words and/or articulations are not commonly used in German language and sound extremely cliché (i.e. the translation of 'Sir' to 'Mein Herr').

TRIVIA

Noah Bean plays an unnamed agent that calls in a favor from an old college girlfriend that breaks lawyer/client privilege to provide leading information on the current FBI case at hand. He also plays David Connor on "Damages" (2007), in which his fiancée works in a law office for a boss that is known to break several rules to get what she wants.
