Summary: While Madame Foster, Frankie, and Herriman are out Bloo plans to throw a wild party. But when Mac accidently eats sugar he goes crazy and ends up running outside in his birthday suit... just as Herriman is coming in! It's up to Bloo, Herriman, Wilt, and Coco to follow Mac in Madame Foster's car (as well as Ed on a trycicle) to end Mac of his sugar rush and get him fully clothes back to Fosters before Madame Foster and Frankie get back and discover that there was a party and blame Herriman.
