Summary: Cade "Gilmour" discovers a man who is in a permanent hallucinogenic state after visiting a hotel in California. Cade discovers that the Gua is testing a program which puts it's victims into a semi-hallucinogenic state. Cade destroys the program and the Gua disappear.
