Summary: A bounty hunter named 'Jubal Early' sneaks aboard Serenity, hoping to capture River for an enormous reward. He takes Simon captive, hoping he will lead him to River. The only problem is that they can't find River anywhere aboard the ship.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: When Jubal Early "lands" on the roof of Serenity, he has gloves on both hands. But when he is looking in on the crew, you can see that his hand, seen through the glass, is not gloved. When he enters Serenity, his gloves are on again.
CREW: (At 11:22) While Kaylee is revealing River's extraordinary killing skills in the common area, you can see a crew member on the left side of the screen, bent over the counter reading a binder.

TRIVIA

The bounty hunter, Jubal Early, was named after a confederate general who attempted (and failed) to invade Washington D.C. in 1864. Jubal Early is also the name of a ferry between the Maryland and Virginia sides of the Potomac River.
The boots that Jubal Early wears are made by New Rock, a Spanish brand that specializes in metal-plated leather goth boots.
