Two mistmatched cops, angry and bitter Van Ray (Peter Facinelli) and Deaqon 'Deaq' Hayes ((Bill Bellamy), are forced to team up by a shady vixen police lieutenant, Billie Chambers, and go undercover in the seedy side of L.A they use various confiscated flashy cars, clothes, weapons etc., kept in a large warehouse (known as The Candy Store) in order to nail various low-lifes and powerful criminals.
