Goof (revealing mistake): Anthony Simcoe's real nose can be seen beneath his prosthetic facial makeup several times.
Goof (audio/visual unsynchronized): After D'Argo has thrown the metal canister across the cargo hold, Zhaan notes that "that is a very powerful and versatile weapon." Her lips, however, do not move.
Goof (plot holes): While Crichton should be able to understand the unnamed inhabitants of the planet well enough because of the translator microbes, they do not have them and so should not understand Crichton.
Goof (continuity error): When Crichton approaches the leader's tent, a native offers some sort of tribute to the leader. As the camera switches to a close up of the leader, the offering is still there, but as it switches back to the tribesman, its gone.
Goof (crew or equipment visible): After Rigel's fallen off his chair, D'Argo walks off, leaving Rigel to call after him. As he does, the puppeteer's shoulder and part of his hand is visible in the screen's right.
Goof (audio/visual unsynchronized): As Lishala explains the prophecy, she appears shot from behind and the words spoken do not match the face movements. (Namely: "...true Masata tonight, he will suffer a torturous death beyond any other.")
Goof (continuity error): When John steps up to the rotating circle of blue light, his right boot steps forward into the light. Then the camera cuts to a new angle, and his right boot is behind the left, which is a full step away from the blue light.
Goof (factual errors): Pilot discusses a theory of temporal schism involving light being split into its "primary" elements, and John says "red, blue, and yellow," thinking about the colors of the alternate dimensions he has been through. The primary colors of light are in fact red, blue, and green, so if that is what happened to them, the third alternate reality should be green, not yellow.
Goof (factual errors): The Peace keepers say the virus will produce its spores when it stays enough time in a body, but viruses don't use spores to reproduce.
Goof (plot holes): Even though Crichton looks like Peacekeeper, he should be recognized as an alien species because he is speaking another language (English) and in spite of the Translator Microbes, his lips would not be synchronized with the translation.

Goof (continuity error): Crais removes his coat to receive the Hand of Friendship. In the next shot, when he gets back up after receiving it, his coat is back on and done up.
Goof (continuity error): It has been established previously that translator microbes do not give the ability to read foreign alphabets, but John writes the name "T'raltixx" in English letters, and all of the other crew members obviously understand his writing, despite the fact that none of them speak or read English and are only heard to speak English because John understands them that way.
Goof (revealing mistake): When crew changes bodies, they hang pictures of themselves around their necks. Crichton enters Aeryn's body and has a picture of himself around his neck. Aeryn enters the body of Rygel, but also has a picture of Crichton around her neck instead of herself
Goof (revealing mistake): John Chricton's chopped off head is dumped in a foundry and floats - despite being made out of metal.
Goof (revealing mistake): In the scene where the "parasite" is approaching Chiana and Rigel and they tell each other to take care of it, there is the handle, fitting, and hose for an earth pneumatic tool in the middle of the screen. It is unlikely that John brought air tools with him originally.
Goof (revealing mistake): When Crichton is flailing the second non-anamatronic Rygel/D Logan around in circles you can clearly see his little puppet hands floating around outside the jacket, especially when he starts to hold him over the ledge.
Goof (continuity error): After being shot by Aeryn, the Scaran is wounded on his left side, but as John stabs him with the icicle, the wound's moved to the right side. Then, as the Scaran convulses, the wound (and the icicle) is back on his left side. Then, when he drops, it's back on the right.
Goof (audio/visual unsynchronized): When Crichton and D'Argo are outside in the cold, Crichton says "Sounds like you got a plan" but his lips don't move.
Goof (revealing mistake): When Jool is running with the arrow in her arm, the fletched end of the arrow bobs up and down independent of the head end, revealing it to be a fake arrow.
Goof (revealing mistake): When Crichton ask the others to sit with him to see if anything strange is happening on the ship, he later explains that he set one of the DRDs to record them. When he plays back the DRD's recording, towards the end of the recording, the playback changes camera angle, which would be impossible for a single DRD in a stationery position.
Goof (revealing mistake): When John and Lt. Reljik are fighting on top of the generator unit, it has a solid top. As soon as Lt. Reljik is "thrown" off, it has an open top like all of the rest of the units.
Goof (revealing mistake): When Chiana (Gigi Edgely) is thrown backwards against a table, John Cricton (Ben Browder) mistakenly calls her "Gigi".
Goof (continuity error): After 'Granny' steals Crichton's pistol, he goes through the ruins searching for her with the explicitly stated intention of retrieving it. At 26:20, Crichton comes down a flight of stairs, turns around, and runs back up them. His pistol, 'Winona', is clearly visible in its holster as he does this. 'Granny' is holding the pistol before and after this cutaway.
Goof (continuity error): When the bounty hunter shrinks Aeryn, her cuffs are gone. But when she is inside the canister Chrichton takes from the dead bounty hunter, she is fastened to the wall of it by the magnetic cuffs she was wearing before she shrank.
