  • Goof (continuity error): When John steps up to the rotating circle of blue light, his right boot steps forward into the light. Then the camera cuts to a new angle, and his right boot is behind the left, which is a full step away from the blue light.
  • Goof (factual errors): Pilot discusses a theory of temporal schism involving light being split into its "primary" elements, and John says "red, blue, and yellow," thinking about the colors of the alternate dimensions he has been through. The primary colors of light are in fact red, blue, and green, so if that is what happened to them, the third alternate reality should be green, not yellow.

At 26:20, Crichton comes down a flight of stairs, turns around, and runs back up them. His pistol, 'Winona', is clearly visible in its holster as he does this. 'Granny' is holding the pistol before and after this cutaway.
  • Goof (continuity error): When the bounty hunter shrinks Aeryn, her cuffs are gone. But when she is inside the canister Chrichton takes from the dead bounty hunter, she is fastened to the wall of it by the magnetic cuffs she was wearing before she shrank.
