  • Episode 12 - On the Volume One DVD set, the description claims that there is a subplot in which Meg becomes a nanny to the Von Trapp children, but there is no such subplot in any version.
  • Episode 21 - Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Lois takes Stewie to Dr. Hartman and he weighs him he says "29 lbs. that's big for a baby your age." when actually the scale says 24 lbs.
  • Episode 18 - Peter mentions that he can't get over Party of Five being canceled. Both "Family Guy" and "Party of Five" were canceled and brought back after letter writing campaigns by fans. In addition, Lacey Chabert who voiced Meg Griffin
