Mistakes/Goofs

• Goof (miscellaneous): When Derek is killed, everyone comes up to his corpse. In the flashback everyone (except Diane) walks up to Derek's corpse and Diane walks in about 1 second later.
• Goof (continuity error): In the final scene where Diane is walking Lois outside to shoot her, Quagmire is seen standing next to Peter. However before this scene was shown, Quagmire is shown having already left the house, with Stephanie's dead body in his trunk.
• Goof (continuity error): When Joe opens the ventilation that reveals Priscilla's body, he climbs back to his wheelchair to arrest Tom. The next shot shows Tom running away, but the vent and Priscilla's body has disappeared.
• Goof (continuity error): At the point everybody ran to check on the dead body of Muriel, both Meg and Tom Tucker are clearly seen, but they went through the trap door earlier.
• Goof (audio/visual unsynchronized): When Stewie shoots Diane Simmons you hear the gun shot even though his rifle has a silencer on it.
