- The title spoofs the stereotype of the star athlete or most popular student at college: Big Man on Campus (B.M.O.C.).
- When Peter introduces Tiffany and says he is going to have sex with her, Tiffany says that he doesn't have to worry about getting her pregnant because she is already pregnant. At the time this aired Tiffani Thiessen was four months pregnant with her first child.
- The hippocampus is a structure in the brain essential to storing long-term memories. Damage to the hippocampus can cause anterograde amnesia, an inability to store new permanent memories.
