Episode Quotes
 | Season 8 / Episode 1: - Road to the Multiverse
Brian Griffin: Okay, I'm a new neighbor, and you're my pet human, Hotchkis, got it? Stewie Griffin: [stammers] I'm not so crazy about "Hotchkis" anymore. Brian Griffin: What do you mean? You came up with Hotchkis. Stewie Griffin: Eh, I know, but how about Axel or Maximillian or Dex? You know, it's gotta have an "x" in it 'cause that means I have cool parents who take me on expensive ski trips on spring break and I get to drink wine with dinner even though I'm only 14 and...
Dog Peter: [scampering to the door] Omigodiknowthatsounditmeanstheresapotentialintruderatthefrontdoororoneofmyp
alseitherwayimexcitedandreadyforanything! [opens the door] Hello! Stewie Griffin: Heh. Brian Griffin: Hello, my name is Blake Carrington. Stewie Griffin: Aw. Brian Griffin: And this is my human, Gabe. Stewie Griffin: Oh, no, what? |

MISTAKES/GOOFS
- CONT: While Brian and Stewie are in the universe where all people have two heads, you can see a picture of Chris on the wall, in which he has only the one head.
- CONT: During the Disney Universe "Its a wonderful day for pie" musical number, the front door is opened by Stewie and Brian. It stays open up to when Cleveland (drawn like Bambi's Flower) walks in, but then is closed and open by Chris. It can be seen open wide open, but is closed when Herbert (drawn like the queen's old lady disguise from Snow white) offering a red apple. After Mort walks in, the cast yells "Jew!" and meg (drawn like the little mermaid's Ursula) grabs him with her tentacles. The door is missing.
- CONT: When Stewie and Brian are in the Doubleheads Universe, before leaving it, they are standing in the front with the door open. You can clearly see a picture of Chris in the back wall with just one head, when he should have two.
TRIVIA
- Despite this episode airing after the series premiere of "The Cleveland Show" (2009), Cleveland makes an appearance as the skunk in the Disney universe.
- The fate of the Jewish character who comes to the door is inspired by the long-standing rumor that Walt Disney was a closet Nazi and/or racist. Evidence is mostly circumstantial, although Walt certainly wasn't above using Jewish jokes of slightly questionable taste. (In The Opry House (1929/I), for instance, Mickey dances around dressed as a Hasidic Jew. One scene cut from Three Little Pigs (1933) even had the Wolf dressed up as a stereotypical Jewish peddler; the scene was changed after complaints came in from Jewish groups.)
- During the Disney-style sequence, references to at least five different Disney movies appear. Meg is drawn with Ursula's legs (The Little Mermaid), both Lois' clothes and the house are in the style of Snow White, the coffeepot talks (Beauty and the Beast), Peter flies in with the style of the crows from Dumbo, and Cleveland as a skunk is directly patterned on Flower (Bambi). (The Tinkerbell ending to the sequence, however, is a television reference; Wonderful World of Disney.)
