MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: Peter attends third grade. But an earlier season showed him successfully completing the fourth grade (as an adult).
FACT: When Peter goes to court for blowing up the Childrens Hospital, you will see the American Flag to the judge's right and a blue flag to his left. The state flag of Rhode Island isn't blue, it has a white background with an anchor in the middle saying "Hope".

TRIVIA

At the end, Peter is sentenced to only a week in jail - this is so that he'll be out in exactly one week's time - in other words, in time for the next episode. Ironically, this joke didn't work out as well as the producers had planned - a new episode didn't air for nearly two months after this one.
