Psychic: Only if he can find his way into the light, Chris. For some people it's easier than others. Some people just get lost on the way to the light. They're walkin' along, they stop and say "Ooh, is that a new restaurant? That place must have just opened up cuz I remember there was another place there a few weeks ago." I went in there once and there was a guy with a hair lip eatin' soup - and I was like ewww. It wasn't the restaurant's fault, I know, but I still never went back there. I mean I guess there's only like a 1 in 50 chance of me gettin' the same spoon that he had. But I still don't like them odds.

Mistakes/Goofs
- Goof (factual errors): In the scene where Adam West is talking with the girl from the Home Improvement store, the sign in the back says "No Tresspassing". Trespassing is spelled incorrectly.
- Goof (continuity error): When Lois goes in looking for Stewie, Peter ties a rope around her so they don't lose her, but when she finds Stewie and they exit out of Meg's ass, Lois has no rope around her.
- Goof (continuity error): When Lois and Stewie escape the spirit world, via Meg, they were covered in a pinkish kind of goo. However, when they ran out of the house and into the car, the goo was gone.
Trivia
- The title makes reference to a "Poltergeist" that is a spirit or group appearance that makes themselves known my moving objects around in a disorganized fashion within a house or confined area.
