Summary: After Brian gets a $400 parking ticket, he realizes that Mayor West is a money scamming corrupt Mayor, and sets out to expose the truth. However, Meg, Mayor Wests new more than personal assistant, is dead set against it. Meanwhile, Peter and Lois decide to write songs to perform at Chris' talent show. They break out the marijuana for some "inspiration".

The title is based on the highest inside White House source used by Bob Woodward (I) and Carl Bernstein (I) during their Watergate investigations while working for the Washington Post in the early 1970's and an X-rated movie.
According to the DVD commentary, Peter and Lois' band, "Handfull of Peter," was originally going to be named "Mouthfull of Peter," but the censors didn't go for it.
