Summary: When a cigarette company takes over Happy-Go-Lucky-Toy Factory, Peter is made President of the company. They send him off to Washington in order to put a stop to a bill that would prevent them from putting out toys that are making little kids want to smoke. At first he is for it, but when he finds Stewie smoking, he must choose between his job and what is right.
