Summary: When Chris wants to loose weight, Peter offers to help, however when working out doesn't seem to work, Cleveland suggests liposuction. Chris isn't into the idea, while Peter becomes addicted to it. Meanwhile, Stewie's plan to make Chris feel bad about his weight backfires, and he becomes incredibly fat himself.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: Peter's glasses suddenly disappear off his face when he shakes the man's hand after yelling he needs an adult.
FAKE: In this episode, Peter gets plastic surgery and doesn't wear glasses any more. While he is waiting in line at the market he's wearing glasses, but a few seconds later they disappear.
CONT: When Lois pushes Stewie out of the front door on the cart, he is facing towards the door but when it cuts to him rolling down the pathway he is facing the other way.

The title is based on the song "I'm Too Sexy" sung by the English trio "Right Said Fred" which was on the American charts for three weeks in 1992 and has had multiple parodies.
