Mistakes/Goofs
- Goof (continuity error): While on the plane, Karen Black's sleeves change color from white to blue.
- Goof (factual errors): At the Hitler parody the number to call "213-DU WERDEST EINE KRANKENSCHWESTER BRAUCHEN!!!" is seen on the screen, also spoken by Hitler. This is a threat spoken in (wrong) German language translating roughly to "You will need a nurse!". Correct German would have been: "Du WIRST eine Krankenschwester brauchen!!!"
- Goof (revealing mistake): Death's right foot disappears when he stands up to leave at the end of the episode.
Trivia
- The title is a parody of the common expression that is a lament on life: Life's A Bitch!
- Stewie's e-mail address is loismustdie@yahoo.com
- Death explains to Peter about how bad it would be if Hitler was still alive. There is a small skit with Hitler having his own talk show, in which Hitler announces the phone number of the show: "213 - Du Werdest Eine Krankenschwester Brauchen". Roughly translated that means "213 - You Will Need A Nurse!"
- The "Complete Boz Scaggs" box set seen here doesn't actually exist.
- When the doctor tells Peter that he has a fatty corpuscle, Peter asks how it can be a "dead comedian from the silent movie era". The person Peter's referring to is Roscoe 'Fatty' Arbuckle.
