Summary: Feeling the pressure of owing $50,000 in property taxes and being short of workers, Chase attempts to sell the grapes before harvest time, only to have Angela offer to buy them below market price. However, when Gus tells him that there is another buyer interested in paying a higher price for his grapes; Chase decides to sell to him. But when Angela finds out about their business deal, she decides to buy the man’s mortgage from the bank so he has to back out of the deal with Chase. It is at this point that Chase, Maggie, Vicky, and Cole decide to sell their house in New York in order to pay off their bills and stay afloat. Source: www.TVRage.com
