Season 5 Trivia

Episode 11 - Goof (continuity error): When Henry and Grace are in the GD holding cell, the glass partition is not present during two shots; when Henry is talking to Grace and we're looking over Grace's shoulder, and again when Lupo is talking with her.
Episode 13 - The last scene of Jack and Zoe leaving Eureka on a dark and wet road and seeing a sedan traveling the other way, intentionally echoes the scene in the pilot episode in which Jack and Zoe accidentally arrive in Eureka.
Episode 13 - Goof (continuity error): At the beginning, when Zane and Jo are discussing their plans for the future, the same blonde woman in blue scrubs walks past them three times.
Episode 07 - Goof (continuity error): When Henry shoots paintballs at Carter to test Carter's Z-waves, the balls leave a big pink splotch on his chest. But the splotch on his chest disappears a minute later.
Episode 13 - At 50 minutes into the episode, a shot of a building behind some trucks has a business named "Paglia". Jaime Paglia is one of the creators of the show.
