Episode 03 - The title refers to the character that Clint Eastwood has played in movie Westerns.
Episode 13 - Goof (continuity error): In the flashback to 2002, Pratt tells Dr. Lennox few staff are working because they're at Greene's funeral. Chen and Romano are said to be working in the hospital. However, in the episode "On the Beach" (# 8.21), they were both at Greene's funeral.
Episode 13 - Goof (continuity error): In the flashback to 1999, Abby is a first year med student. However, when he joined the show in 2000 (in the academic year of 1999-2000), she was a third year.
Episode 02 - Goof (continuity error): On episode #12.2, "Nobody's Baby, Drew", one of the nasty women from the train, hurts her ankle. On the platform, when Neela checks her out it is her left ankle but when we see her later in the ER with her ankle elevated on a pillow, it is her right ankle that is bruised.
Episode 04 - The title is from the song "Blame It on the Rain" recorded by Milli Vanilli and written by Diane Warren and it hit number one hit for two weeks in late 1989.
