MISTAKES/GOOFS
- CONT: Archie opens a fresh box of Meat Lover's pizza and takes out a slice while also flipping another one of the slices over. Two shots later, he's still standing there with the slice in his hand and the pizza is miraculously full again.
- CONT: Near the end, when Susan is talking with Nurse Chuny, another nurse enters to tell Archie than the old lady (Beverly) is there again. When Archie gets to the room, Chuny is already there with the patient.
TRIVIA
- SPOILER: Action takes place from 4 a.m. to 4 a.m. the next day. Just like in the pilot episode "ER" (1994) {24 Hours (#1.1)}, which also takes place over a course of 24 hours.
- Last show of the series.
- John Stamos and Noah Wyle are playing basketball like George Clooney and Anthony Edwards (I) used to do in the early seasons.
- In one of the early scenes we see Scott Grimes being woken up by a nurse (Ellen Crawford) in a similar way Anthony Edwards (I) was woken up in the pilot.
- Director Rod Holcomb also directed the pilot "ER" (1994) {24 Hours (#1.1)}.
