Summary: Nurse Hathaway is overwhelmed by the number of women and children who show up for her new clinic. A letter that Dr. Ross wrote to Nurse Hathaway is misplaced, leading to romantic complications for Dr. Greene. The tension between Dr. Carter and Dr. Del Amico is overshadowed when Carter's med student, Henry, faces a life-threatening emergency. Jeanie confronts Dr. Weaver over the issue of budget cuts. Dr. Benton and Dr. Corday operate on a boy with an extremely rare anatomical abnormality.

Mistakes/Goofs

  • Goof (continuity error): When Elizabeth invites Carol out to have a drink with her, Elizabeth's hand on her shoulder goes from her right shoulder to her left shoulder in between shots.
  • Goof (continuity error): In recovery after Rodney Price's surgery, Benton and Elizabeth are talking when Romano walks up. Benton alternates between having his hands outstretched putting on gloves to examining the patient in between shots.
