Summary: When a blizzard brings Chicago to a stand still, the ER staff finds creative ways to pass the time. Just when they are reaching new levels of boredom, a fifteen-car pileup on the expressway wreaks havoc in the ER. With mass casualties, the Chicago Sheriff's department must escort in additional doctors to assist.
