TV Series (1978 - 1980)

Set in World War II in German occupied Guernsey, Channel Islands, the show portrays the fragile balance between the harmony of the islanders and the German occupying forces, and how that balance was continually threatened by either resistance action or over-zealous clamping down by the Germans. To make matters worse some people have their own private agendas without regard for others.
