Character Bio
Francine Whiting (Joanne Woodward)-Miles' cold, abrasive boss and the town's wealthiest citizen. Well known by citizens as a powerful force, the manipulative Francine holds puppet strings over the town, not to mention Miles and has no problem exercising those when it suits her unscrupulous agenda. Her condescending manner and behavior is a thin veil for a cunning woman with ulterior motives.
