Summary: A man acting schizophrenic arrives at Rampart being escorted by the secret service who won't reveal any information about the patient. The station is called out to rescue a despondent young man who is threatening to jump off a building under construction. The guys take a boat ride to a remote island to rescue a man who's light plane crashed there. Johnny accuses Roy of having no charisma after a woman shows him some attention.
