Summary: Johnny is annoyed as a driver cuts them off while they are on a run. The guys are informed that their paramedic trainer has died. Roy and Johnny are sent to rescue a boy who's leg is stuck inside a hollow portion of an old tree. A quarterback collapses on the field for unknown reasons. A crank call has sent the boys to a garbage dumpster. A major hotel fire proves a difficult challenge when a man is trapped inside who is suffering from a heart attack.
