Summary: Johnny stokes the flames when Roy and his wife have an argument. A tired young doctor makes mistakes in his diagnosis and with judgment. The station responds to a call when a man drives off the side of an on ramp. A dog on a roof causes a man to fall off a ladder and into a rose bush. The station is called to rescue two young boys who are lost in a storm drain during a rain burst.
