Danziger, Bess and Morgan are scouting in all directions to find some food and supplies. Danziger and Bess come across a colorful flower that presents a surprising revelation for this territory.



They come closer to smell and examine it when a flower burst open throwing a golden powder in their faces. Suddenly, they start extremely well and energetic. After Julia examines them, she discovers that the flower pollen carries an unknown sickness that causes them to emit a golden vapor.

Devon convinces Danziger to start treatment that Julia suggested in order to remove golden dust from their system. But, Morgan didn't have that luck in convincing Bess. She is certain that she must go north even if that will exhaust and ultimately kill her. Under influence of golden dust, she escapes the camp and start moving north as something inside her was telling her to do that.

Morgan, Julia and Alonzo finally catch up with her as she was getting ready to jump into a big hole so she could fulfill her assignment. They hold her and Morgan down and save them from jumping into theirs death when a golden vapor leaves human bodies and disappears into a hole.
