When he wins $10,000, he gives it to a friend so she can afford a seeing eye dog. Episode Quotes

Marissa Clark: Welcome back. So, you like your food lukewarm or cold?
Chuck Fishman: [Opening narration] What if you knew, beyond a doubt, what was going to happen tomorrow? Sure, I know it's crazy... but what if you did? Whether you'd be rich or poor, a hero or a loser, lucky in love, unlucky in life, what would you do? What if, by some magic, you found the power to really change things: people, events... maybe even your life? Would you even know where to start? Maybe you can't know... until it happens.
Gary Hobson: What, am I supposed to run around in a little red cape and save the world?
Marissa Clark: You might look good in a cape.

Mistakes/Goofs

  • Goof (revealing mistake): When Gary is reading the article about the newspaper vendor who had been in an accident, the headline is fine, but the body of the article is actually documentation for Mac software called MagicMatch.
  • Goof (factual errors): The date on the 1st paper received is Tuesday, November 12, ergo, (and Gary states) the date is actually November 11. However, this would be Veteran's Day and the stock market would be closed.
