Episode 03 - Goof (factual errors): (at around 46 mins) Jane is telling the court a meeting between the sperm bank and a lab took place on Wednesday, January 7th, 1993. January 7th, 1993 was a Thursday.
Episode 06 - Goof (factual errors): Jane admonishes her supervisor at the D. A.'s office that failing to document a witness interview is a breach of his "fiduciary duty." Fiduciary duties relate to money or property. The correct explanation was a violation of internal procedure.
Episode 11 - Goof (revealing mistake): When Teri is apparently playing a video game on her computer, the Windows Media Player control bar is visible at the bottom of the screen which shows that it is in fact a clip of the gameplay and not Teri playing a video game.
Episode 03 - Goof (miscellaneous): (at around 9 mins) Jane is shown pouring "coffee" from the thermal carafe into her cup, but if you look at the liquid coming out you will see that she is actually pouring clear water.
