Goof (factual errors): SPOILER: Jane and Emily discuss Emily's testimony against Emily's husband with Jane mentioning that Emily has received immunity from prosecution. However, her trial had started before the DA dismissed the charges against her. This means that double jeopardy had attached and she could not be tried again for the crime so there would be no need for a grant of immunity.
Goof (plot holes): When Grayson is discovering that Jane was shot the same day as Deb died, he uses the date that the obituary was in the paper and the date that an online news report posted about Jane. However, there was an issue with the obituary photo and it had to be changed so the obituary that Grayson looked at would have to have been printed many days after Jane's shooting.
