Otis is a highly popular stock broker/investor who is known for getting the deal done. He is then caught red handed for insider trading, and his trading credentials are stripped from him. So he gets a job as a school teacher at an elementary school. Every week, Otis would do the best he could of making the adjustment of going from the boardroom to the classroom with the help of his 2 daughters.
