[show]A small statuette often seen in Dr. Katz's office is of a woman in a flowing dress playing ping pong, with the motto "Di nos quasi pilas homines habent". The motto is Latin for "the gods treat us mortals like so many balls to play with", from the Roman playwright Titus Maccius Plautus (254-184 BC).
