Summary: A new fad starts called "Nic Nacs" a snack that's only sold to people over eighteen. Roger sees this as a business oppurtunity, and buys a case-load. He then sells them double the price, since no one at the school can buy them. The problem is, no one wants them. That is, until Roger goes on the school intercom with Mr. White saying that they are not for children. That, of course, causes the whole school to want them, except Doug, who feels that they aren't safe. When he does research, Doug finds that they can cause your mouth to temporarily shut!
