Summary: Doug Meets The Rulemeister. Doug imagines how Quailman would get out of his predicament when the whole class is sent to Saturday detention because Doug breaks a pointless rule. Doug's a Genius. Porkchop chases a raccoon, and steps all over Doug's painting, leaving it covered with footprints. While Doug thinks its terrible, Mrs. Perigrew, the art teacher, believes that its a fabulous piece of art, and hangs it in an exhibit at an art museum. Doug imagines how Smash Adams would get out of this complication.
