Summary: Doug is Quailman. Doug draws a comic book of a superhero of his own creation, Quailman, who saves the day from Klotzenstein.Doug Out in Left Field. Patty sneaks on to the baseball field as a guy for tryouts, and makes the team with flying colors. When she reveals that she's a girl, she is rejected and sent home. Patti decides to round-up all of the rejectees, and create a baseball team: The Patti Pulverizers! She then challenges Coach Spitz to a game. Meanwhile, Doug mistakenly believes that Patti is counting on him to help her win, when she points to him, referring to the whole crowd.
