Summary: Doug, Mayor for a Day. Its 'Student Government Day' in Bluffington, and Doug is assigned the mayor, Bob White! Doug's No Dummy. Roger signs Doug up for the talent show, unbeknowest to Doug. Doug panics, thinking he has no talent. Luckily, he finds a dummy and a book for it. He learns how to be a ventriloquist, and becomes good at it. But he loses his dummy's head, and Skeeter has to fill in for him.
