Summary: Doug Can't Dance. Doug feels as if he's the luckiest kid in Bluffington because he is paired up to dance with the girl of his dreams -- Patti Mayonaise. While puting together his costume for the dance, Roger bursts through the door of Doug's garage, and "helps" Doug by filling him in on something -- Doug Can't Dance. Doug decides not to go, but changes his mind.Doug Gets Busted. Doug is making a model volcano works really well, when Mr. Bone informs him that volcanos are against school policy. Meanwhile, Roger is making a bomb, and Mr. Bone informs him of the same thing. The rumor spreads that Roger tried to light a bomb, and it turns into "Roger blew up the science lab!" Roger, trying to pass the torch of blame to another schmuck, tells Doug his volcano blew up the science lab. Doug decides to runaway from home, and believes that he's a fugitive.
