Episode 12 - Goof (errors in geography): During the scenes where Martha is in New York, you might be able to notice an English style EXIT sign (with a person running towards a door on a green background), yet the scenes are set in the United States, and hence the sign should simply say EXIT.

Episode 12 - Margaret Blaine, the Slitheen who was reverted back to an egg in season one was due to make a cameo in a scene with the Shadow Proclamation, and Annette Badland even recorded a line of dialogue but the scene was cut.
