Mistakes/Goofs

Goof (continuity error): The doctor's right suspender keeps moving from near the shoulder to near where it normally sits from approx 36:24-37:27
Goof (plot holes): In 'Blink' it is established that if the Angles look at each other, they remain frozen. This is why they always cover their eyes. However, here, they can move (even in their stone form) while other Angles are looking at them.
Goof (revealing mistake): At the end of the episode with the clock, it's 11.59 am and then changes to 12.00pm and the date changes to the 6/26. It should have changed from pm to am.
Goof (incorrectly regarded as a mistake): SPOILER: After the Doctor leaves with River and Octavian to find the primary flight deck, the Doctor returns for a moment to speak with Amy and his behavior and appearance is completely different (Jacket, rolled-up sleeves, different watch, etc). In "Doctor Who" (2005) {The Big Bang (#5.13)}, it was revealed that Amy met the Doctor from the future, who came back to that point.

Trivia

In the previous incarnations of the Weeping Angels, this is the first we have actually been able to see them move when they realize Amy can't really see them.
SPOILER: After the Doctor leaves with River and Octavian to find the primary flight deck, the Doctor returns for a moment to speak with Amy and his behavior and appearance is completely different (Jacket, rolled-up sleeves, different watch, etc). Prior to the airing of "Doctor Who" (2005) {The Big Bang (#5.13)}, this was put down to a continuity error, but speculation was correct, and it is explained in the series five finale.
