MISTAKES/GOOFS

CHAR: The Doctor claims the Daleks are hiding themselves from sonar. But sonar relies on sound waves, which can't travel through the vacuum of space.
CONT: As the Doctor, Captain Jack and Lynda with a Y have been captured, the Doctor turns his head to the right, then after it cuts it shows him turning his head again and saying "Lets Do It".
CONT: When Rose is answering the last question in the Ann-Droid game, the score tally shows the question marked as wrong before she actually answers.

Bad Wolf Reference: Other than the obvious title of the episode, Bad Wolf is the name of the corporation broadcasting the sadistic game shows from Satellite 5.
SPOILER: For "Bad Wolf", the BBC got permission from Endemol to use the "Big Brother" (2000/III) format, right down to their own version of the Big Brother Eye and the loan of some of the equipment used in Big Brother. This includes a Diary Room chair.
A scene filmed for "Bad Wolf" featured John Barrowman (Jack) naked, but the censors insisted that it was cut.
SPOILER: When the Dalek ships are revealed, the choir in the score is singing "What is happening" in Hebrew.
When the Doctor first tries to escape from the Big Brother house, Lynda reveals that a "deadlock seal" prevents contestants from escaping. Deadlock seals are first mentioned as a barrier that the sonic screwdriver can't breach in the 1969 episode The War Games; they are referenced again later in the 2006 episode School Reunion.
