Ursula is one of the members of the Alpha gang, she is very conceited, acts like a Queen and bosses around her cohorts, Ed and Zander, who she thinks of as her underlings.
Even though all of their undertakings fail Ursula is convinced that it is never her fault, it's only that her loser side-kicks bring her down.
